I watched the video & tried weaving a small area of log cabin. It does not look correct. What am I missing? I would upload a pic, but I don't know how. Linda

I'm working on the first project in twill - Jane shows trying all different combinations. I have been able to do all but log cabin doesn't look like log cabin. I have done it in previous seasons & in many towel designs. I read the directions for uploading my pics through ImgBB. How do they show up here in the forum?

It looks like you may have repeated the same treadle twice? 2 D using the same treadle and so on?
Try weaving treadles 1&2 (D), 2&3 (D), 3&4(L), 4&1 (L) and see what this gives you.
I really like the effect you created though, it's like Basket Weave ala Log Cabin 😍
