Just preparing my warp for this project. It is written for a sinking shed and I know I need to reverse my tie-up as I have a jack loom. Do I also reverse the heddle count? The pattern indicates Shaft 1 - 210 heddles, Shaft 2 - 138 heddles, Shaft 3 - 40 heddles, Shaft 4 - 32 heddles.

Yes...they are lovely to weave! I bought the kit over a year ago but I was a little intimidated as I'm a relatively new weaver so waited until now to give them a try. They are surprisingly simple to weave thanks to Jane's excellent pattern and instructions. I'm slowly experimenting with different weave structures. While I love plain weave and twill I was getting a little bored!!
