In the warp there is a space of 3 black 3 white, 9 black, etc. that section has no notation on treddling. A,B or zPW, can you give more information?
Hi Barbara,
They are a 3 end unit of As or Bs. Your 1,2,1 are As and the 4,3,4 are Bs. In total there's 11 units of 3 threads each which includes those whites and black threads in this section of the warp.
Jane explains it on this video at 17:33 that you can have 3 ends, 5 ends or 7 end units https://www.schoolofweaving.tv/season-5-episode-4-huck-colour-weave/videos/5-4-1-intro-to-huck-colour-weave
I'm not certain why it's not written on the draft itself but will check this out with Jane this week.
Thanks for catching that! 🙂
Thank you so much!
