Is 12 gauge bambu the same as the 8 2 bamboo in the shop?

I'm referring to the fiber used in the samples in episode 7 stripes

Hi Mary Ann - you'll find some good information in answer to your question about Bambu by doing a search at the very top of the front page of the Forum. You can type Bambu in there and you'll come up with your question at the bottom of the list as well as a question that Jane answered near the beginning of the thread - asked by Meridee Lowry.
