Hi,
I'm dressing my loom for the Charlie scarf, and I've never warped/milled multiple threads at a time or done log cabin before. My individual dark/light threads in each pair are definitely not all in the right order as they go onto the back beam, and I was also wondering how careful I should be getting them in the right order when tying on the front? I know the threading in the heddles is ultimately what is controlling the individual thread order (and of course the cross too but only for the pairs of threads in this case), so maybe I don't need to worry about it? I hope this makes sense :p.
Thanks,
Dana
Hi Dana - the important thing is to have your light/dark together going through your cross. They can shift position in the cross so that you have the correct threading going through your heddles.
