Just completed Season 2 Episode 5 - Parrot & Fibonacci. Once again - AMAZING!! I did the "original" sampler and then reversed the weft colors for a second sampler. Then it was off to the races with experimentation!

I always hear it said that you will never know the colors you will achieve with "optical mixing", yet I never knew how amazing the colors could be. I'm blown away by the colors you can combine - it just doesn't make logical rational artistic sense. But, put them together and WOW!!!

I was so looking forward to working with the fabulous parrot colors. I did my warp a few days ago then as I went to dress the loom, disaster struck. I’m on Day 3 of trying to salvage it. I don’t even know what I did wrong, but it’s a mess, especially the hot pink. I’m not a Barbie fan and I’m sure it’s Barbie’s revenge.
