I did it! I was able to change out the red threads for yellow when the warp was on the loom, I was nearing the end of the warp. I am sure I saw Jane demo how to do this but I can’t seem to find the right episode. Anyway I managed to make it work, just sharing.

Was this what you were thinking of Joan??? - zinger, taking out your warp zinger & replacing it -Season 2 episode 2 video 3 at the 31:44 minute mark. I took this information out of the Indexes (found under References at the top of every page). However, it's great that you were able to figure it out yourself - that's how we learn and remember ....
