I would like to make the Pucker Up Scarf, using yarns from my stash. I have the wool, but I don't have enough silk. I do have a lot of 8/2 and 8/3 rayon. Could I use the rayon instead of silk? What should I be thinking about with this substitution? Thanks!

Have you used your 8/2 or 8/3 rayon for weaving before? How does it behalf on the loom and then washing it up? Your wool will be great for the shrinker and as long as your rayon yarn is a non-shrinker it should be fine for the effect on the Pucker Up scarces. Do you have enough wool do to a small sample?
