Some advice needed:
I have very nice wool to work with, but the reed shaves the warp and threatens to break several threads.
Are there ways to prevent this?
Do you have a more open reed that you could use instead? What epi are you using with what reed? Or, here's a trick that Jane uses from our Knowledge Base - Abraiding or unplying broken ends Let us know if either idea helps.

I cannot use a more open reed, but will try the trick with the glu
Ohhh. Would that trick work when one of the threads in a cotton boucle' yarn breaks and starts to bunch up?
