I am a beginner weaver and the pattern for Ruckle Beach wrap states “DDL” when wrapping warp holding more than one thread.. What does DDL stand for? Dark Dark Light?????

Hello Elizabeth- I am pretty sure that you are right. Certainly that’s the only thing it has meant on anything I have seen since joining Jane’s online weaving school!

Yes it means dark dark light. Warp with 2 darks and one light in your hand and when threading make sure you take dark dark light from the lease sticks one at a time.
