I am curious, How do you handle a section in the warp order that uses 81 threads (instead of an even number)? I like to hold 2 threads at once.

When I am warping for my sectional beam, I just wind the number of threads I need...if I am holding 2 threads together, I will cut the one I don't need before winding that section.
If I am warping for my table loom (on warping reel) and am holding 2 threads together...I usually just go ahead and wind 82 threads and drop the extra one off of the back of the loom during threading of the heddles. This is assuming you are doing a color change on the next section.
