Hello. I am weaving this beautiful scarf with an EPI of 28. If I am figuring this right the Block Profile has 256 ends and I am weaving following this block profile using Block A and Block B. if you take the 256 ends divided by 28 EPI that should be each section should be approx 9" and I can't seem to get that very very light beat. Am I figuring this wrong? Should I follow the Block profile not only in the threading but also the treadling.?

Hi Peggy - sorry for the delay. Hopefully, you have worked out how to get the beat now - but just in case, "beat" isn't the best word to use when you are trying to work with a specific ppi. Sometimes, you just have to place the yarn in, bring your beater up to set the yarn in place and change your shed. It just takes practice. The important this is to enjoy yourself š
