Spring II Problem after ajusting height of shafts

I have just adjusted the height of all the shafts and lamms and was pleased with the result. I have now noticed that the tension on the cords on the right side of the loom is much less. To the left of the blocking pin everything is tight, to the right the cords are much looser. Even around the black wheels at the bottom, everything is loose on the right, but taut on the left. Is this the way it should be or has something gone wrong? I can't remember noticing such a big differnce before.

I still have problems with different heights of my shafts. With the blocking pin in it looks like this. [img][/img]

I have a new Spring II and have not adjusted it. With the blocking pin in, the left side does have a bit more tension than the right, but not tremendously different. It looks similar to yours. With the blocking pin out, my shafts are at different heights. With it in, they're close to the shame height. If you're not sure if everything is okay, I would do as Sandra advised and reach out to Louet to show them your photos and get their advice.
