I’m starting these towels (which are a stretch for my skill set but are just so pretty!) and the twill pattern that I am getting is upside-down. This doesn’t actually matter because I can just turn the finished towel the other way up, but I suspect I am reading something wrong in the instructions and would like to know what it is. I’m on a Voyageur table loom which I think is a rising shed loom. Can anyone tell me where I am going astray? Thanks!

The towel looks great! It almost seems like you are treadling from right to left? If you are, try and weave using the left treadle first (treadle tied to 3,4,5,8) and weave treadling going right. Let us know what happens.
