My new Jane is missing a part. I am attaching the shafts . I am attaching the cords to the lever but dind that the roller that is supposed to be there is missing.
Where do I go to get the piece.? I suppose I will have to undo the levers that were installed at the factory to put the roller into the right place. I don’t have a tool that will work for the screws.
