I decided to rethread the overshot warp to try something different. Does Jane show how she does this in any of her lessons? Basically the same warp threads buta comletely different pattern.
It will be easy to rethread this warp as you are not going to have to worry about stripes, etc. and how they would affect your new structure. All you have to do is to cut off anything you’ve woven with Overshot, leaving yourself a comfortable length of yarn to work with when you pull it out of your current threading. You have 222 threads that are natural - so keep that in mind when you are redesigning your warp. Even if your don’t need every natural thread for your central pattern, you can easily drop one or two off the back of the loom and just make the project a tad narrower. Have fun…..
