When I select to view all threads on this forum, it shows the 3 pinned threads and then underneath it lists the threads in order of the most recent activity. However, I've noticed that only by creating a new thread or by commenting within that thread that it changes the last activity date. If someone selects to reply to a comment within the thread, it doesn't appear to change the activity date of the thread. Is this something I can change on my view? I've missed reading a few new comments within threads that I've been interested in because they were posted as replies instead of comments.
P.S. Sorry Deb, I missed seeing the photo of the label you posted for me on your Oceans towel thread. I posted a reply yesterday.

I think if you use the Follow button at the top of the page, on the right side, it will email you replies in that conversation/topic. . It can be a wee bit delayed--the relay to you.

And don't hold me to it. I am not tech savvy. I have yet to get around to working out the image posting.

Maybe we should not "reply" to a comment, but "add comment" at bottom of page instead. I agree that being taken to the most recent comment automatically sure would be nice!

What we found that worked best was to 'follow' a thread, which you can do so at the top of the page in that thread. When someone answers, you'll get an email notification of a new comment and you'll have to scroll to the bottom of the page to see it, if it was added as 'add a comment'. As Cheryl mentions above, when you reply to a comment and there are several replies, you will need to click the 'view more' just below the original comment and it will expand that conversation.

Once you have all the threads you want to follow, on the main page of the forum, you can click 'Threads you follow' and it will display them all.

We understand that the forum could use some upgrades and we do take in the suggestions you give to pass on :) We've also shortened the monthly What's on Your Loom threads to help reduce how many pages each of those threads has.

When we hear of any upgrades from our hosting platform, we will let you know for sure. Thanks for understanding :)

Deb, I see the same thing with 0 Threads I follow...

That's strange about 0 threads you follow. I've just added a few more to my mine and it worked. When you click on the 'Threads You Follow', are any appearing in the list?

I see the same as Cheryl and Deb. I've tried adding a few to mine and nothing appears. I've logged out and in again and there is still nothing there.

Oh, that is strange. We'll send a message to the platform hosts to look into it and see if there's a solution. Stay tunned!
