On the 25th I ordered a bunch of yarn from JST. I got it today (the 29th)!!!!
Your new shipping system is SO great. I have never received an order from you in less than about 8-10 days here on Orcas Island. I am so happy, because I was in the middle of winding my turned twill warp and ran out of yarn. Maybe my order was fast because SaltSpring is just across the sound from us. I do love that they get the shipment out the door the same day or the next day (depending on the time of day you order). That's one of the reasons I order from them.

Barbara, Is the major snowstorm headed your way? It just started snowing here and they're calling for up to 2 feet as it heads east.

Cheryl, I thought it was going to be stormy, but my husband says we wont get much out of it. There are so many states involved. It looks like the low goes right over central iowa tomorrow evening, but we are on the edge of the predicted severe weather. We'll see. We have not been getting much precipitation lately. We farm and rain makes grain. I just looked at the highs for tomorrow and it will get to 75f tomorrow at 6pm, could cook up a storm!
