For those that are still experiencing issues with the player navigation bar, OTT support sent us step by step on how you can fix it. Their new player was launched in early November and some viewers' browsers continued to display the old player control cached, causing the issue. We're happy to share with you what they sent us. Thanks for your patience everyone!
Here are the steps that will resolve it:
-Hold Shift + Refresh the web browser (this does the first temporary cache clear)
-Clearing the browsing and cache history manually from settings
-Updating the web browser would be the last step
Users going through this order will have the video player controls restored in those cases where the cache did not clear and load up the controls properly. For the majority of the users of OTT it will refresh the next time they sign in.
