I hope I did this correctly, so that you all can see the pictures. I went to Iceland last month and at the Icelandic National Museum, I saw this warp-weighted loom exhibit. Apparently in the 10th century 45 yards of fabric from a loom like this was the trade value for a cow! I could have stayed for hours, but they wouldn't let me play with it!
When cloth was highly prized. It was so valuable historically. Thanks for sharing that. ❤️
