How to renew subscription

Last year my husband got me a subscription to the School of Weaving for my Christmas present. It is about to expire and I can't figure out how or where to renew it. At the JST site, it sends me to the School of Weaving. At the School of Weaving it says to go to the original website where I signed up. Help! Please!

Hi rojolapp,

On the day that your subscription expires, you should receive an email from us letting you know that it's time to renew and how-to. For this one time, you'll need to go through the 7-day free trial process. After the 7 day is up, the payment will process through your credit card. You can't renew until the expiry day itself for this one time.
If you'd like to send the office an email to check on what day your subscription expired, you can email [email protected] and one of the girls in the office will be happy to help you out.

Hello everyone. I think my subscription expired and I want to renew for Season 6. I have updated my billing and found the 7 day free trial popping up. Can you double check for me that the subscription under my gmail addy expired and I will need to do the 7 day free trial and then the billing for the year will proceed? Thanks. Sally

Hello, I have subscribed to JST for the last 5 years with just an email confirmation from JST that my subscription has been paid via my credit card, so this new system is a little confusing. Can I sign up for 11 months and just pause August? Or do I have to wait till the end of July and then notify you that I want to pause August?
Finally, is it now down to me to confirm my subscription or will you still be doing it from your end as you have my CC details?

Every time I try and watch the videos the 7 day free trial kicks in. I have updated my payment details, but it still keeps saying 7 day trial and not letting me view videos at all. It also keeps extending the time I have until 7 days are up every time I click on it! First it said 13th now its the 16th Jan. So I am worried I shall not be able to get back in let alone have the 7 day trial. Please let me know what to do.
I have sent a message to the support team on the site but have not heard back yet,
