After warping up new Wolf Pup all looked good, but I can't wind onto front roller beam which rolls back and forth. The ratchet advance leaver does not grip. Everything looks identical to Janet's demo of Wolf Pup. Can someone please tell me where I have gone wrong.

There is a kind of brake that sometimes falls backwards. It should be on the right side under or near the shafts. Make sure it is pulled forward. Then when you ratchet to pull forward it will catch and you can pull warp threads forward. Terri
I found it exactly as you said so brake is working fine now. I hadn't even seen that leaver , so thank you - a lesson learned. Anne
