The new site looks great! Is the app available yet? I searched in the Apple App Store but none of my search strings found anything. TIA
I was wondering the same, I found the help section at the bottom of this page and it does mention a number of Apps but it seems for Apple there is only an Apple TV app, not one for iPad or iPhone unfortunately. I do hope there will be an iOS app so we can watch and download on iPad too.

Just to let you know, I eventually could find the app in the App Store on my iPad and iPhone but it had a grayed out button saying “Purchased”. I figured this had to do with me downloading it on the Apple TV and it hadn’t been approved yet for iOS but it was still the case today. I only managed to download it by having my boyfriend, who is in my ‘Family sharing’ download the app on his phone, then go to the App Store on my devices, go to my account, purchases and then go to his purchases and download it there. Very strange!

Hi Ginette, I ventured through Apple Support to find where I could report this problem and ended up in a chat. I think they fixed it during the chat for me, as a test I deleted the app from my phone (I’m not likely to watch from there anyway) and confirmed that it once again had the grey “Purchased” button in the App Store. I took a screen shot of that and uploaded it in the support chat and explained the situation. At some point during the chat I checked again and now I could download it as expected (showing the cloud icon that means you have downloaded this app before). I couldn’t get a really clear answer on the why and how to fix this without their intervening. I have had plenty of apps that I’ve downloaded first on one device and then the other with the same Apple ID and never had this problem before. Perhaps the timing of the whole thing caused it (downloading it on Apple TV before the approval for iOS came through) . If it happens for anyone else I think the best thing would be to try Apple Support.
I absolutely love the new site. It took a bit to get used to the changes but I find it easy to use and find what I need. And as always Jane is delightful, a wonderful teacher, and inspiring. Watching her weave is relaxing and a great way to pick up new weaving practices to try out. Thank you to jane and her staff!
I can't figure out how to upload an image into the forum. I have the image in "imgbb" but can't figure out how to get it from there to the forum.
