Hi, I just got a new to me 8 shaft V1 Leclerc Colonial. Talk about an elephant in my living room. I'm wondering if anyone who uses one can tell me where they put the raddle and also, when winding onto the back beam, is the warp coming through the frames? Hard to imagine it traveling over the frames like my little Minerva. Thanks for your help. Anna

Are you able to get a hold of some larger size Quick Grip clamps? If you only have smaller ones, you might be able to still do this and gently push some of the shafts out a bit to insert the clamps.
Thanks, Ginette. I'll watch this episode. My husband is a woodworker, so he can make me a raddle that doesn't need clamps. The question is where to attach it.
