It will be easy to rethread this warp as you are not going to have to worry about stripes, etc. and how they would affect your new structure. All you have to do is to cut off anything you’ve woven with Overshot, leaving yourself a comfortable length of yarn to work with when you pull it out of your current threading. You have 222 threads that are natural - so keep that in mind when you are redesigning your warp. Even if your don’t need every natural thread for your central pattern, you can easily drop one or two off the back of the loom and just make the project a tad narrower. Have fun…..

I’d probably put my lease sticks back in to preserve the cross and thread from the front. Once your warp is secured in the cross, you can easily take a group of threads out of their current heddles and thread them through the new ones. You need to bring a section of your warp to the front of the loom, so you don’t have threads accidentally falling out if the cross. The “journey” you have just taken is all part of the process of learning to weave! 😁

Good idea to use the lease sticks..would you then re-thread the heddles sitting at the back of the loom or the front? Sitting at the front and sorting out the warp threads at the back beam took time, but maybe having the lease sticks closer to the heddles would help.
