I have gone back through the lessons and you often bring out MPD's book, and others, to show how someone used it to design a project. I would love to have a lesson on how to use these pattern books little better. Maybe it is pretty clear and I think I can figure it out but having some step by step guidance on how to go about developing a unique project would be helpful (I do not have the computer programs that help with design). I am in awe of some of the samples people create from the lessons and they often look very different than a particular lesson pattern, so it would be fun to see how to go the next step of doing this. If there is something already in the lessons that provides this guidance, please share. Thanks!

Thanks, Sandra! I did watch that but it seems that there are a lot of different combinations in some of the projects using a combination of different patterns. Do they change the treadling as they move through a piece?
