Would a 10ppi and 10ppi be too dense with Jaggerspun Heather 3 ply for a blanket?

Would a 10ppi and 10ppi be too dense with Jaggerspun Heather 3 ply for a blanket?

It would be plain weave and a large queen sized blanket.

I put the 10 wraps on an inch and it will be tight. the 8 per inch will allow more room to full. My sample was at 8epi, but for some reason I made the full sized blanket at 10epi on the weaving draft program. It's been several months and I don't know why. I may have changed the sett to shrink down the width to fit the loom. Now I've have to redraft the drawing to be that width but at 8epi. Dang.
