It’s not too hard. I’ve made soooooo many mistakes and at one point, I had over ten of weighted threads. The hardest part was keeping them from twisting together- I’ve used combs, cardboard with holes punched into them, bobbins threaded on knitting needles, etc to keep them somewhat organized.
You only have two. I have wound enough yardage for each thread onto a bobbin and used these small hair claw clips (like those clips you see on orchid stems) to hold the thread from winding off and hung s hooks to it with large washers to weight it.
You just have to unwind occasionally as you advance the warp.
I bought a second warp beam. Next time I mega goof, I’m going to experiment the missing threads on it.
