Thanks to JST I have learned how to read and create my own drafts for myself and students, but I have no idea how to create a draft from a wif.
Is there a resource you could reference for me so that I can learn to do that as well?

You'll need access to weaving software to do that. Do a search above for Fiberworks and you will see a lot of information about the particular weaving software program that Jane and many, many others use.
