Does anyone have a hack for those times when you have all your heddles threaded, are sleighing your reed, and find you threaded one thread in the 3rd shaft, when you needed it in shaft 4? I’d have to retread about 350 threads to fix.

If it’s just one thread, remove the thread from the incorrect heddle, tie a string heddle on the shaft you should have used and pull the thread through the new heddle.
