Hello everyone - I am starting to get repetitive pain in my elbow after working on my loom, and i am wondering if my weaving form is off. Is there a good resource on loom ergonomics that you can recommend?

Has anyone ever had something like tennis elbow from weaving? If so what was the solution?

I sit so that my elbows are a few inches above the weaving surface. I keep my back erect and pivot off my seat bones. I probably don't weave more than 45 min at a time before I get up and do something else.
