I am placing an order. It says free shipping for orders over $250. My order is over and I'm still being charged shipping costs.
My order consists of 1 weaving kit, silk, and a 12 dent reed.

I think it’s because large accessories do not fall under free shipping based on my past experience/attempts. It would come in a separate box..
