My subscription is due to renew tomorrow and I am locked out tonight. I am so frustrated as I have the time to get close to being caught up and Wham...the door is closed. I suppose that there won't be anyone to help me with this. I will be beside myself if this continues to Monday.

Hi Sharon. I believe it is necessary to renew via the 7 day free trial . This seems to be a one time thing due to the new website arrangement that was introduced in 2021. You need to sign up for a 7 day free trial and enter your details as if it is a new subscription and you will be automatically extended from then on. Apparently the renewals will then flow on automatically after that. There has been a fair bit of discussion re this recently with other members who have been unsure as well and you should be able to find reference to this in the forum . I believe it is only possible to do this AFTER your old subscription has actually expired which I assume yours has since you are now locked out! Happy new year and good luck!
